Relief Driver-Sales/Service Helper

Experienced with Delivery, but also interested in Sales? This might be the right opportunity for you! We need an outgoing, organized and self-directed individual to run Relief Driver-Sales routes delivering a variety of non-alcoholic and wine & spirits products to retailers in our emerging markets. There may be times when you'd be helping deliver products in other parts of the territory as well. The normal schedule for this position is Monday through Thursday.



Primary responsibilities: 
• Provide reliable and efficient product delivery to customers using company vehicle or truck
•  Collect money from customers and record transactions on customer invoices/receipts
• Inform customers of new products, services and price changes
• Provide excellent customer service while building relationships
• Understand and adhere to company Sales and Merchandising Standards
• Complete and submit a daily sales report
• Maintain current and extensive product knowledge of all BDL products
• Arrange merchandise and rotate product at customer location
• Transports and handles all BDL products with care, avoiding damage to product as much as possible
• Edits and prints invoices using tablet and handheld printer
• Conducts business in a safe and courteous manner
• Maintain a clean and organized truck
• Perform daily vehicle inspections
• Sell all products/packages, without personal bias

 

Minimum requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a good driving record
• Must possess or be able to obtain a DOT medical card
• Ability to recognize sizes and types of product, count, add and subtract accurately
•  Display strong organizational and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work individually as well as part of a team
•  Basic computer skills to operate tablet and portable printer
•  Ability to work in adverse weather conditions (heat and cold)
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently; push or pull up to 300lbs using devices, such as a two-wheeled cart or pallet jack

Night Loader

We are adding staff to our Night Loading department.  This is a full time, entry-level position scheduled to work Monday through Thursday evenings (3:00 pm. to 1:30 a.m.) with overtime as necessary. 



Primary responsibilities: 
• Loads product onto delivery trucks by hand or using material moving equipment in a manner to minimize breakage of product in transit
• Verifies load accuracy per load sheet
• Maintains appropriate rotation of all product while loading to ensure quality
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of warehouse, office and public areas
• Performs repack and breakage duties as needed
• Works effectively with other departments to achieve company goals
• Performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs

 

Minimum requirements:

• High School diploma or GED
• Strong self-directed work skills
• Good communication and basic math skills
• Ability to lift or move various case and keg stock, up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 170 lbs rarely
• Fork lift certification or ability to obtain certification
• Attention to detail
• Thorough knowledge of all product and package lines

Weekend Merchandisers (Part time)

To better support our Service and Sales functions, we are hiring a Part Time Weekend Merchandiser in Menomonie, WI. This individual assists the sales process by stocking shelves and rotating product at local retail outlets. This position is scheduled on Saturday and Sunday mornings with an average of 10-12 hours per week.


Interested applicants must be able to work weekends.

Primary responsibilities: 
• Restock shelves with product from inventory 

• Remove damaged or freshness-dated products
• Tidy store shelves
• Provide optimum display of products
• Complete and submit a weekly observation report
• Assist other departments as necessary

 

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong self-directed work habits
• Good communication skills and a neat appearance
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Reliable transportation and proof of insurance
 Able to continuously lift/move various product up to 60 lbs
• Basic math and reading skills



Compensation:

• Starting pay $15-$16/hr based on experience

Primary responsibilities: 
•  Works with department managers to recruit, interview, and select employees to fill all vacant positions

Successful candidates will have the following qualifications:
